These terms govern use of this website and provide general information about MedSpa Lifecycle OS. Purchases are also subject to the applicable Whop checkout/product terms and the license terms included with the purchased digital bundle.

MedSpa Lifecycle OS is a downloadable business operations and communication toolkit. It is not a CRM, EHR, medical device, clinical decision system, or done-for-you service.
2. No medical, legal, or compliance advice
The website and product do not provide medical, legal, tax, regulatory, or compliance advice. Clinics remain responsible for clinical decisions, applicable laws, policies, consent, privacy, advertising, employment, and professional requirements.
3. No results guarantee
No specific booking, retention, revenue, review, referral, or other business outcome is promised or guaranteed. Results vary based on implementation, market, team, offer, pricing, customer experience, and other factors.
4. Purchases and delivery
The current offer is sold through Whop. The checkout page is the authoritative source for the current price and payment terms. After a successful purchase, buyers receive access through Whop to the digital product delivery configured for MedSpa Lifecycle OS.
5. Intellectual property and license
Unless otherwise stated, MedSpa Lifecycle OS content, templates, workflows, copy, designs, and materials are protected intellectual property. Purchasing grants the license stated in the included 13_LICENSE_AND_TERMS.txt. Unauthorized resale, redistribution, sublicensing, public sharing, or repackaging is prohibited.
6. Third-party platforms
The website may link to Whop, Netlify, ChatGPT, or other third-party services. Their availability, terms, security, functionality, and policies are controlled by those providers.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use this website or product to mislead customers, fabricate reviews, impersonate clinicians, provide unauthorized medical advice, violate consent or privacy requirements, or infringe the rights of others.
8. Disclaimer and limitation
The website and digital product are provided for business operational use on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No representation is made that the toolkit will fit every clinic, jurisdiction, software stack, or workflow. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to the purchase/license terms.
